Remote Data Collection for Food Security and Economic Vulnerability: PART 2 – Implementation Guidelines

This implementation guideline is part 2 of the review of remote data collection carried out to assess food security and economic vulnerability. The review – commissioned by the Economic Security Unit of the International Committee of the Red Cross – is divided into two complementary parts that are meant to be read together: there are numerous cross-references. Both parts of the review contain key practical recommendations. A general understanding of the background is needed for any exercise in collecting data remotely.
