ICRC Strategy 2024–2027

The new ICRC Institutional Strategy presents an aligned vision for the period 2024–2027. We take stock of the challenging environment in which we operate and restate who and what we stand for. We emphasize our purpose to protect and assist people through our distinctive mandate and unique neutral intermediary role. The Strategy also prioritizes the underpinnings of our organization including improved risk management, financial stability and digital transformation. It underscores our commitment to building internal cohesion and investing in staff and leadership capabilities.
