Digital Health Framework: Leveraging digital health innovations and intelligence to sustainably improve the quality, accessibility and effectiveness of ICRC health-care services

The ICRC’s Digital Health Framework provides a clear and structured understanding of the ICRC’s digital health goals and intended outputs, outcomes, and impact through 2024 and beyond. This document presents core indicators structured around 7 strategic outcomes, to measure progress on existing and new activities to report the impact of interventions and enable data informed program management. Ultimately, it establishes a basis for evaluation and accountability by ensuring greater coherence and alignment with the ICRC’s priorities.
