Accountability to Affected People Institutional Framework

This publication provides ICRC staff with a coherent, integrated approach to delivering high-quality programmes while remaining accountable to affected people. By providing a common language and reminding staff of what we are trying to achieve through our programmes, the framework consolidates our multidisciplinary response to humanitarian problems and underpins how we should work with others to maximize impact.
